Dining Roomby h2Comment: This has a nice still life feel to it. Lighting on the upper-left area of the fruit is a little strong IMO. Two minor things I find distracting are the scratch/hair/line in the foreground by the dish, and the corner seam in the upper-right. Just observations. Not sure that anything could, or needs, to be done about it. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

The Baker by jrjrComment: I love the way you've handled the lighting to isolate the hands and materials. Nicely done! Good luck in the challenge. |

Ice, Ice, Glowby athena8Comment: Cool concept, however, I do find this photo a bit busy. My eyes don't know where to rest or what to focus on. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge. |

Inoffensive Clawsby chipucComment: Perfect title, wonderful capture! The "Claws" jump right out at the viewer, almost in a 3D fashion. Hope this makes the front page for you. Good luck. |

Winter Birdsby MarjoComment: Hey. That's pretty cool, getting a shot with them all together like that. We have the same mix around here, but they're usually pretty well spread out in the main (birdfeeder) tree and surrounding bushes.
Hope you didn't get your camera wet! :P |

The Sith Lord - Duck Maulby scarbrdComment: This duck looks like a B-A-D duck! Stay out of his way! :D Great "expression" captured here. Good luck in the challenge. |

drrrrrrrrrripby ralphComment: A different crop would help this tremendously. The top part of the "drip" takes away from the drip impression IMO. Cool idea. Good luck. |
