I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of dragon fly photos, but MAN, this guy has some attitude!!! The light reflection / shimmer on the eyes adds another dimension (in a good way).

DAng! Now that's some glassy water. Wow! How much fun would this be without the foreground? It would have turned into an AMAZING abstract that would blow your mind once your brain sorted it out as a viewer. Still like it. :-)

I like the wrought iron and the foot hills beyond. Jury is still out on the overhanging tree branch ... I'm leaning toward wishing it was something more interesting or nothing at all. I know, I know ... can't always pick the background. However, you can choose to pass on a subject and find a stronger one.
