Action in a macro. Very uncommon, but very nice. extremely sharp image, with great tones, and interesting shades of white. The silver in the spoon jumps out at me as being amazingly sharp and full of color. I would not be surprised to see this image wearing a blue ribbon when the voting is all finished. Very nicely done. <10>

Interesting concept for this picture. I like the background in this image. I wonder if having the background just slightly blurrier, would have been good, because as it is now, it detracts slightly from the forground. My eye seems to want to bounce around on this image. Having the face just a little less noticable would have made this a better image, in my opinin. But still a great shot! <9>

An extreme angle for macro, with it's very shallow DOF. This image is actually very dream-like to me, with soft colors and soft edges. Very different. But I like it a lot. Very well done. <8>
