Light Rainbowby RikkiComment: Nice shot! I love the lighting in this, especially the way the light on the background is kind of leading away from the mouth of the glass. One thing I noticed though, the shot seems a bit tilted to the right (horizon line). If the tripod was level, that might be from not shooting plumb (straight on) to the table. Maybe rotate ccw about 4% and then recrop. Let's see some more, this is excellent!
Edit: I see you fixed the tilt in the other one, but I still like the lighting in this one better. Message edited by author 2005-08-30 14:05:51. |

golfby supermaxComment: I really like this, and I'm not even a golfer. The colors are beautiful and the sillouhuete of the golfer sets the mood nicely. Compositionally, I think if the golfer were more to the left it might even be better so that the blue yardage markers are making a cleaner line away from the golfer and through the photo. That would also enhance the wide apect chosen for this shot. Nice shot! |

Spoon by Keith ManiacComment: I never thought that a shot of a spoon would make me say "wow!" But seriously, Wow! This is excellent! The lighting is excellent here, the graduated effect towards the top contrasts nicely with the bright part of the spoon. The focus is razor sharp too. Really nice job! |

Night Falls by NovaTigerComment: Really nice shot, congrats on the blue. I wonder which has had a more positive impact on property values in Astoria, The Goonies or DPC? |
