Wonderful play on shadows and shapes. I can imagine this in b/w but agree 100% on leaving this in color. The scattered leaves make this extra special. I'm afraid that would've been lost in b/w.

Great job Steve. Splendid idea and the whole setup is a beaut. The dripping candles, textured old trunk. Cool touch using those one dollar coins? What may have cost some slight points is that I can see some texture in the black background, near the top right side. None of the comments seemed to have mentioned it so I reckon it wasn't a big deal , most voters didn't see it on their monitors.
