Reflectionsby sekarmalathyComment: Hey I've seen this before ;) I like your take. A good clean shot. But for backlighting would've been nicer for the light to protrude more through the back of the shell so we see the little spots of texture of the shell. |

Celithemis fasciataby philupComment: This was my favorite dragonfly shot of the challenge and my top5 list from this challenge. I was hoping to get a dragonfly shot and imagined it being just like this one, perspective wise. The colors are wonderful here. Still yet to take a dragonfly shot this year, it's been a busy summer. Congratulations on making the top10 :) |

Jacksby JetComment: I really like the layout of the jacks. Shot could use a little more contrast/brightness adjusments. I can see the ball isn't touching the ground , maybe it if was a little more off the ground in the shot the blur would've worked better.
Keep shootin :) |

Fireby JetComment: Cool idea with the spark trails :)
Shot doesn't look too dark to me. The exposure itself looks about right. Any brighter and the bright spots of the fire might have been over exposed. You can always brighten up the shot a bit in an image editor. Shot could've used some more depth of field though, and then you could've used a longer exposure. But these trials are really neat , a longer exposure would be something fun to play with, getting the right balance of those trials and not too many of them to crowd the shot either. |

Where is the lightby mehrandj7Comment: I like the subtle message and the low key look. Only nitpick is the position of the line in the background. Perhaps a lower angle to make that line lower in the horizon, would've been less distracting. |
