I like the pose and the framing. The background tilt wihtout the subject tilting is a little off-putting to me and the front of her right shoulder is a touch too bright (blown?). A nice shot that could potentially be outstanding with a little postproc. Hope that helps.

Good capture, but lacks sharpness and I think the tree and leaves are a little washed out - probably because you increased the brightness or exposure to see the squirrel. Has potential for a great image though.
