Beautiful portrait...I like the high contrast range but that's a personal thing. I don't mind the harshness of the lighting. :)

Nicely done - only nitpick is the lighting seems a bit harsh on the face. Need to keep it strong on the hair, but softer on the face. Hope that helps.
