There are two sides to every story (shot from the top of cliffs)by JudiComment: Oooh - I was one of the "middle finger" crowd (gave it a 5). No matter how hard you try to explain it, it just doesn't scream "from above". Yeah, call me a DNMC Nazi on this one. In any case, you ended up with still an amazing image. ...not that you need any more of those. ...but not that you need any more ribbons either. ...ok, I'm done yammering on. :D |

What? No diaper?!by bspurgeonComment: Nice job, Ben. I gave it a 6 and should've left a comment - the one thing that I think hurt this is the awkward way big sis is holding the baby. If she had cradled it (both arms under), I think it would've made a much more positive impact. ...but whaddo I know. Anyway - it's certainly a family keeper! :D |

one for sorrowby SkipComment: Agree with Tammer - the tattered look of the bird is what appealed to me. I gave it a 7.
Coincidentally, I just saw "A Murder of Crows" (1999 DVD) this past weekend where the title was explained in the movie's dialog.
Very nice work, Skip. "shrug" is about all you can do. ...other than scratch your head. :D |

Above the Birdsby vawendyComment: It got an 8 from me.

Now had you captured the blood, guts & feathers churning up in the wake, I would've given it a 10. ;-) |

The center of their universeby MelethiaComment: Well I really loved it! I thought it has a good stock image quality to it as well as the emotional connection and the excellent title. |

Come on Downby MAKComment: Well I scored it a 7. Maybe a little too much dark clutter in the image. Looks like it would be a fun shoot though. |
