I really like this shot. The contrast is excellent and it's very eye catching. I would have thought that changing the color of the pepper like that would be pushing the major elements rule a little too far (though I haven't had time to properly review the new rules), but if it's not, then that's good to know for future challenges :-). Congrats!

Somehow the girl with parasol seems very out of place in this image. It would be a nice IR without her, but she's just kindof distracting, particularly because the parasol is so bright.

Great colors. I would suggest cropping to remove the black things (bits of people?) on the sides, as they're a bit distracting and don't serve to frame the subject when there's already so little of them shown.
