I really don't understand the title of your picture, nor what the picture in itself is trying to tell me. I was very patient, skipped voting on it many many times, but I still can't find any explanation for your shot.
I think it also needs more contrast, a less static composition, something in the frame to catch the eye, and something that gives the picture a meaning. I really can't do anything with your picture. Sorry. 2.
