I'd have concentrated on the lower left quarter on the image and left the sun out of the picture. That would have gotten you rid of most of the noise as well. But the idea of wind is really stong in here.

You really understand how to create a perfect illusion. I like how many funny elements like the heavy block or the umbrella you brought in. The only thing that doesn't add to the effect is the skateboard.
