I'm on the top of the world... . by nolockComment: Wow! Amazing colour! I like the silhouette effect and the yellow-red gradient. The slightly green grass gives it an interesting touch. The electricity pole is quite distracting, but the tree looks great, and your person blends in with it very well. How did you get Waldo up there? Or am I completely wrong, is Waldo somewhere else?
If it wasn't for the pole, I'd give you the full score --> 9. |

Torry hunterby speaseComment: You should have chosen a real person. Your figurine isn't even hidden very well. It looks as if you submitted a picture just for the sake of participating, without any efforts. Sorry if that sounds harsh. 2. |

Kenilworth Castleby JamesterComment: A cool ruin. The sunset light gives it the special touch. I'm not sure whether I found Waldo on the left side or whether it is somthing else. Looks like a backpacker? You might have pushed the ornage-blue contrast a little more. Good composition. 9. |

lost in translationby quzailanComment: I don't understand your choice of the title. Do you refer to the books in the back?
I like the b´vibrant red, you might have brightened it a little. The picture is also tilted, a straight 'horizon' would have been more harmonic. Your person is well hidden, blends in with the surrounding details. 5. |

Solitude on the Slopesby debitiptonComment: Hm...seems like there were to persons on the slope. Your title doesn't work then. Well, let's pretend there was only one. There are many blown-out snow areas, and completely black areas in the wood. The composition isn't very interesting or dynamic, but I have to admit that I don'T know how to improve that. I find wintersport pictures hard to do because of the strong highlight and shadow difference. Maybe a mountain instead of pure sky would have been better. 4. |

Mourning Into Eveningby flowergirl1110Comment: Your picture si much too dark, the tree and the person can hardly be seen, there are no interesting details. The ground is pitch black (at least on my screen), and should have been cropped away, as it doesn't add to the image. 3. |

Waldo at Bryce Canyonby deronComment: I like the bright colours and the deep DOF. You included elements from the immediate foreground and mountains that are miles away. Your Waldo is well hidden. 8. |

Heavens Washby snapshotadamComment: Nice colours. The title fits well. Your person is really tiny, it cculd just as well be a tree, so I'm not sure if I found her. You might have tried a different crop: 1/3 water and 2/3 sky. 6. |
