I think your DOF works well in this shot. I like that there is a good clear view of the tree, the fungus, and the strange purple leaf, and the soft diffuse background has a nice feel to it. Beautiful "nature-y" shot. 8

I love the look of stark branches against the sky, and you have captured a nice variation of light and dark in the sky; the pattern of the brances is nice, but the composition isn't high impact for me. 8

I just love icicles, and this is a very nice shot. Love the black and white, and the nice dark background. The crop on the shot feels slightly unbalanced to me though I can't put my finger on why, exactly. 8
