I am really not sure about the bokeh in this one. It really is the subject and not the background, and by the definitions that I have been reading, it would be considered bad bokeh. That said, I really like this shot. It is very interesting and in excellent focus. 9 from me. (terje?)

I like this one. It is a little dark, but the title explains nicely. The focus and bokeh are great. I don't really like the heavy black border. I think I would have went with a narrower border in a lighter color since the picture is dark. I think it would have been a little better with a little more blurred yellow in the right background to even things out a little. Over all very nice shot. Good luck.

This is a great shot. The background works very nicely. The down side is that it seems a little oversharpened, and I think the border is a little too much.

I think you have a winner here. My only suggestion would be a slightly tighter crop. I don't think it needed so much space above. Beautiful tones and great capture of doggy expression.
