this would have been a very evocative mood piece if it were larger - check out the tutorial on how to save your images for dpchallenge - it helped me a lot when I first starting submitting.

Great POV! don't ask me how to make it happen, but I think if the lighting had been softer, to eliminate the harsh reflections, and the shadows, I would have liked it even better - It would have been really neat to just see the three legs in the background.

this is very unique & interesting. I really like the use of the needles to give perspective. I think maybe a blue background to match the needle holder would have really made this POP! Thanks for sharing such an unusual subject.

you did a really good job focusing, but the subject doesn't do much for me. I don't mean because it's the USA flag, but this particular flag looks like such a cheap, plastic thing (no offense!). Also, the composition isn't real exciting. But I kind of do like that you shot it on a bigger version(?) or printout of the same image.
