Very nicely done. I would love to see this photograph with less depth of field and the hero on an angle rather than sideways. I think it would showcase the main subject if the other items were a little less in focus. Also the fork should play a more active role...Sorry but I do a lot of food photography and these are just my opinions. But I do Love the photo and it looks yummy.
