Shipwrackby asijComment: i love the idea behind the capture a bit more than the execution, i believe. it's a bit too heavy on the dark blue sky, for my taste, and the diagonal transition of tonality seems a bit off. otherwise, a nice capture. good luck! |

The Balfour Castle (Scotland)by ewebComment: while this is an interesting perspective, i think it is one that is probably lost on most viewers, especially in a challenge of this size. your image does offer enough detail to capture the imagination, if enough time is taken with it. did you get to stay at the "calendar house", or were you just visiting? |

Watercolors in Natureby TerryGeeComment: beautiful work! i'm sure you had a lot of fun taking it. you know that feeling you get, when the opportunity's there and you get the shot set up, the one you've been patiently waiting for, then you pop the shutter, but the lighting is isn't good enough to preview it in the lcd, and you have to wait until you get home, but you just know you got it, and then, it comes up on your computer screen and all you can do is smile and hiss, "yessss". i might be wrong, but that's what i think happened here. thanks for sharing, good luck in the challenge! |
