I like the colours and simplicity - good luck

Really like the tones, and the photo overall - the foreground seems forced to me, can't decide if I'd like this better if the visible weeds in the lower left were cropped or removed. Also might like it better w/out the tractor path, but those are minor things IMO.

while this is an interesting perspective, i think it is one that is probably lost on most viewers, especially in a challenge of this size. your image does offer enough detail to capture the imagination, if enough time is taken with it. did you get to stay at the "calendar house", or were you just visiting?

Good composition but not sharp enough but that is perhaps the camera not the photographer.

Wow, nice shot, I love the perpective! One question, are those your tire tracks in the grassy field? Hope not, either way I would have cloned them out, otherwise an awesome shot.

Very nice... you've given me another reason to want to visit Scotland... only suggestion is to crop out the plants at the bottom left corner... 10

Nice shot but a little distant.

Incredible sky! Too much foreground, IMO, and castle is a bit too small for my taste. ...6...

Image perspective presents isolation of the castle, but the castle gets lost in the image. Picture is okay but doesn't excite me. Good Luck.

Great simplicity. Seems a bit out of focus. 9

This is a very neat picture. Your colors, focus and depth of field are perfect. Since the Balfour Castle is the subject of the picture, tho, I would have liked the castle to be a bit bigger. But I still gave it an 8 because it looks so pretty.

Just a little more light and saturation on the foreground green could improve this pic, good composition.

Good landscape shot here. The purple sky is perhaps a little much. But otherwise a nice image. 7.

Grass could have used a bit higher saturation... a little higher contrast on the castle would have been nice too. Great composition though... I like it.
