kaktusby slonkoComment: what a beautiful flower! i hope you are not getting overlooked in this huge challenge, and that you are getting some good feedback. as much as i like the flower, this image does feel like a bit top heavy. it is almost night and day, the difference i see just cropping off the bottom 40%. oh well, that's just my opinion. you have a fine image, and i hope it does well for you. good luck here and in the challenges yet to come! |

Vibrantby genghisComment: most aptly titled! this would have done very well in the botany challenge, and i hope it's not getting lost in the shuffle of this super-sized challenge. good luck here, and in the challenges yet to come! |

Standing Watchby dpdaveComment: nice capture, and great job framing your subject. i hope you are not getting overlooked in this huge challenge, and that you are getting some good feedback. if anything, i think your image just needs some cropping. take a look at it after taking 10% off the bottom, 30% off the right, and 20% off the left. it makes a world of difference--that turret just POPs right out! well, that's just my opinion. you have a fine image, and i hope it does well for you. good luck here, and in the challenges yet to come! |

Fall in the Desertby moonwolfComment: oh, what a beautiful place. i hope you are not getting overlooked in this super-sized challenge, and that you are getting some good feedback. i like what you've attempted here, but think that your focus is letting you down. there are some things you can do in photoshop to actually bring out your background, and i would suggest that you continue working with this. as it is here, it is so-so, but with a little work, i think you'd have something that would look great on a wall. good luck with this, and the challenges yet to come! |

Ocean Moonriseby canyoncatComment: well, this certainly is eye catching! i hope you are not getting overlooked in this super-sized challenge, and that you are getting good comments and suggestions. i like what you've got here, but it does feel somewhat muted (and that's pretty hard to over come at this time of day). you might consider playing with the saturization levels to make it pop just a bit more. good luck with this, and the challenges yet to come! |
