Stunning composition and detail. Excellent timing on the shot. ((8))

well, this certainly is eye catching! i hope you are not getting overlooked in this super-sized challenge, and that you are getting good comments and suggestions. i like what you've got here, but it does feel somewhat muted (and that's pretty hard to over come at this time of day). you might consider playing with the saturization levels to make it pop just a bit more. good luck with this, and the challenges yet to come!

Lovely pink moon and good composition, although I would have cut out a bit more at the top or bottom to get the rule of thirds. Also I can see pixels at the moon's edge, maybe because of resizing or too much digital zoom. Still love the shot! 8

That must have been an incredible moment to observe. There is something about the shot that doesn't quite work for me though, just seems a little flat. But once again - WOW - that is the most amazing moon I've ever seen!

Very nice... the jagged edges around the moon... are they from compression were they there originally (ie the horizon shimmering effect)? 7

Amazing shot. I think your camera let you down on this one. It has great potential.

Ok the moon is real but looks unnatural that colour, maybe white or cool blue would be better and also it`s a very odd shape.

Looks like there was work done onthe moon - the edges are jagged. I like the crashing wave against the light.

somehting seems odd with the shape of the moon, its not right...
