interesting photo, but i don't see anything photojournalistic here. the idea of photojournalism is primarily to tell visual stories that will grab the reader enough to make them go on and read the paper. if the picture raises questions that can't be immediately answered in the caption, then the reader typically doesn't even touch the story. this image raises more questions than it answers...

maybe...but not likely. that is, not likely without some more human interest context. while this is a pretty and interesting image, it doesn't show any affect on people--and that's what makes the news.

this has a lot of potential. too bad you didn't catch any interaction between him and the child, or that you didn't catch his face. i could be wrong, but this does seem to be a bit more processed (NI?) than most PJ images

there is probably a story in this photo, but it should be shot from a different perspective to really bring the story out. as is, it is more of a snapshot of an event that you were at than a true photojournalistic shot.
