i think you need to decide what you're photographing here: the traffic, or the structure. the traffic lights are so blown out that they take away from the image. the ghosting leaves the lighting on the structure extremely uneven.

this one works as a bw, but i think you need to work on either your exposure, or your post-production. this is a situation where you can't get everything in one frame, unless you really work on it. you need the detail in the shadows, but the lights are way over-exposed. if you stop it down a bit, and can't find enough detail in the shadows, you will probably need to merge to frames to get the final image you're looking for.

i know that bridge has been shot to death, and for good reason. you've got a nice composition; all i can offer are some personal prefs...

i think bw robs that vista of its life, and i think you need to deal with the lens flare, either in-camera or in post.
