A landscape with a message! Amber waves of Grime... Technically well done as well. The tree's position in contrast to the smoke stack on the left is very well done... They should cut down that tree though... Ron Reagan says they cause pollution :)

Composition : Wonderful composition! Very strong lines everywhere... Especially the converging lines that draw my eye up and to the center of the image... Masterful.

Exposure : Just to the left side of the 'window that isn't a window' is just a bit over exposed. Not horribly so, but just a little bit.

Focus / DoF : Fantastic job here. I wish you had included your Shutter / ISO / Aperture information.

Challenge / Interest : I think it was hard for people to make the connection to the challenge here without seeing your explanation in the photographer's comments. I admit that I wouldn't have made the connection myself. This was a hard challenge to interrupt.

My opinion : This is a fascinating shot from a terrific angle. I think the only reason it placed so low was problems relating it to the challenge. I can see now how it relates, but it isn't obvious if you don't know the story behind it.

Everything a landscape should be! Wonderful! Did you hang out there a few minutes and see what colors the sky turned after it sunk a little lower? Looks like you are about an hour early of the 'official' sunset. Congratulations... Awesome shot!

This is hurt by the small size. The picture can be up to 640 pixels on one side and the file can be up to 150k. You used 280 pixels on your largest side and a file size of 39k. This may be a great shot, but there just isn't enough of it here to tell.
