The Fly by U2 by rozComment: This is one of the finest macro shots I have seen on the site. I did not vote on this challenge because I entered it, but when I seen it I actually wondered if it was a real fly because it was so perfect. The yellow with the hairs coming out looked almost like stitches on a stuffed fly or something. I think the selective desat also made it seem surreal to me. I have never been a fan of that technique, but it certainly makes your fly stand out from the background. I mean that as a compliment, that it looked so incredible it was hard to imagine that it was real. Great work and congrats on an amazing image. :) |
