Candid at sunsetby AranchaComment: I think the burning/dodging and saturation gives this a dreamy, fantasy feel. I would rate this higher if the figure placed more prominently in the composition. It's almost an afterthought to the glorious sunset. Still, this is easily top 20% and thus I offer you a score of 7. |

My friend Binni Bumbulíusby bergwaltersComment: Overall a strong entry. Perhaps too burned around the periphery and could be a hair sharper. I would still rate this as top 20% and thus I offer you a score of 7. Well done! |

Reflecting...by LevTComment: What a fantastic entry! I love the composition. Top notch. Selective desat also excellent. Post processing was a bit harsh and I would prefer if you had not sharpened this image quite as aggressively. A solid 8. |

Amyby jus6681Comment: I think you nailed this portrait. Very clean processing and preservation of detail integrity. Lovely lighting and DOF. A solid 8. I would prefer that you submit a color or toned version. |

Breeze by PhilosComment: This is overall excellent! Very Librodo-esque capture (my apologies if you are not familiar with his work, or if you are indeed Librodo).
My only complaint with this photograph is a tad bit of overexposure on the right cheek (left side of photo) and the obvious processing effects in the top right corner (mainly, lack of grain evident elsewhere in the picture - my guess would be that it was gaussian-blurred).
These two issues result in a score of 9. Well done! |

A Portrait of An Artist by librodoComment: The composition here is first rate, just wonderful. Post processing is clean and preserves the integrity of the image. Top right corner of his face is just a bit in the shadows but not enough to warrant any deductions. A solid 10. My pick for the blue. |

Ordinary Peopleby garlicComment: They may be ordinary but your photo is extraordinary! I suggest cropping out the right edge tree as it does not really improve the composition, IMO. Good exposure and clean post processing. 7 |

Study in wood and tacksby bpickardComment: Excellent textures in this shot. I like the colors just as they are as well. I would only say that the tacks do not stand out enough as the main focus of this photograph, yet well executed. 7 |

Tack's Gonna Getchaby bryanbrazilComment: Great tonal range and clarity. I would suggest shaving (for lack of better ideas) those toe hairs as they are kind of distracting. 7 |
