"Middlesex"by grigrigirlComment: Anatomically indistinct. While this is certainly different, I think it is tastefully presented and adheres to high photographic integrity. |

Sentinelby ZoomdakComment: Zoom? Excellent as usual! I like the black and white treatment and the silhouette of the tree against a misty Oregon coastline. |

End of Dayby moodvilleComment: A warm, nostalgic shot. I like the lighting. The heaving dodging around the periphery gives this an unnatural appearance which I feel detracts from the natural beauty of your photo. However, good entry overall. |

A Small Drink of Waterby secondglantzComment: Dodging and saturating the eyes can really liven up a shot, however, I feel that in this instance the eyes are unnaturally processed relative to the rest of the composition, giving this otherwise pretty girl a rather frightening appearance. |

Waiting for The Sunrise Over Half Domeby TDCollinsComment: What a magnificient view. Love the composition. The processing however is readily apparent given the halos around the trees, burning of the snow, and unnatural lighting of the face of half-dome.
I'd like to compare this to the original. Good work overall. |

Eleganceby clarmoreComment: Very elegant indeed. There appears to be a strange shadow across the bridge of the model's nose, which could have been dodged. Otherwise, fantastic!

Brotherhoodby L1Comment: An excellent and emotive photo with great DOF, colors, and clean, unintrusive processing techniques that preserves image integrity while bringing out the details and good sharpness. |

Rainby MAKComment: I think the expression on her face is quite lovely and the composition is very good. Then something went seriously wrong in the processing, which I suspect is far too much noise suppression which obliterated fine detail leaving a watercolor effect. I wonder how the original looks and would be interested in following up after the end of the challenge to compare the two. |
