I think I would score this a 4 or 5. Not knowing the backstory that this is from the mayan ruins and the title being "life begins" I wouldn't have noticed the gliphs and would have liked to have a stronger/shallower depth of field on the leaf. I get alittle lost in the background. I like the spattering of green and what appears to be natural selective desaturation.

This is really cool, I like all the reflections, you should look into a 50mm 1.8 lens for all your portraits. Your doing great work with that kit lens and the jump in quality you would really notice. Very cool shot.

Jason, the skin tone in this is much better IMO, there is no more tint. The hair falling by the left side of her face, appears to have a little tint of green, but it could be from all the green in the shot too and just my eyes thinking its so. Hope this helps, the whole series is great.
