 Just want to say thanks to everyone for the outpouring of support on this. I wish I had some more comments during the challenge to have helped me figure it out, but that's how it goes, huh?

IMO there is just too much going on here for it to be appealing to the eye. Don't get me wrong it's a good photo and I like it but with the voters they like to move fast and there is too much here to look at so they vote it lower.

You did a good job on cropping and the angle is good but it's just busy. For what it's worth I was on of your 6's

I love these old theaters. Keeping the color for the whole marquee is much more interesting than picking out a specific color.

YOUR KIDDING!!! Oh man you got seriously ROBBED!!! This is a GREAT shot! Love the composition and the desat is PREFECT!! Granted this was a tough challenge, but still this deserved high 5's at least!! As Jon said forget the scores...This ROCKS!!!

Charlene, I am dumbfounded that this did not finish higher than it did. I have to say I scored it a 7 and thought I might have been a bit on the mean side

Forget the scores this is a great example of selective desat
