Extraordinarily Strong Soap Sudby DianaBComment: The most extraordinary feat, for me, in taking the photo was managing to have one of the bubbles NOT 'pop' when I stuck the scissor end into it. Used up half a bottle of washing up liquid in my effort!
It was fun to do.
Some very nice comments and interesting thoughts expressed. Thank you. My 4th submission and an improvement in my scores. Not worried about scores overall, but very much enjoying the challenges and the inspiration gained by viewing the creativity of other submissions to the site.

Menardmam: I believe you don't HAVE to make a comment. Have you considered that the kind of comment you've made here might also be a waste of the reader's time? You never know who's submission you're judging when you judge and this photo could have been a first submission by a young 'wannabe' who ends up crucified by such a comment and who then loses trust in this site as being a helpful tool by which to achieve his/her dream. If you believe that you are a good photographer (I see you also submit to the challenges), then I wonder if you might also want to consider being the type who is prepared to try to share their knowledge and experience with others in a thoughtful and constructive way - when making a comment? |

Which Necklace? (A Tangled Choice)by DianaBComment: Thanks for all who took the time to vote and to those who went to the effort to try and make some helpful comments. I'm still struggling with 'focus' on close-up/macro shots and need to work on that. Still struggling with the settings on the camera aswell, for that matter! Pleased that my scores have improved a little on the previous submissions though. I'll keep practicing and hope to improve. |

ReflectiveSudsby unknowndeathComment: I looked at this again! Then I read the 'photographer's comment'.
Wow, it really is visually superb. There are three lots of suds and the centre one has 'chosen' to be beside one - leaving the other 'unchosen'? I do hope you'll let me know if I'm right?

Short Strawby vernonComment: To me this is a super representation of 'choice' for the challenge. Well depicted by inviting the viewer to 'pick a straw'! |
