I would be interested to see a similar treatment with the model looking at the camera as I wonder if that wouldn't have an even stronger connection with the viewer. Love, Obessesions and Fixationsby mesmerajComment: ooooh! This is VERY different. One of the few shots in this (huge) challenge that makes you stop and look again!! The Black and white interpretation is very dramatic. Only little nit-pick is the black "tadpole shaped mark on the bottom left. I think this should do well!" |

In the clouds by keoneComment: I love photos like this where clouds look like a "sea" around a mountain peak. However it is a little too static for my taste with the peak being very central. |

Vegas Dreamin'by snsComment: clever shot! The slight flash flare on the thumb and strong shadow there is a little distracting. Perhaps using a reflector of some sort could have softened it a little. But otherwise am effective shot. |

La Fontaine de Médicisby prkembyComment: nice tones and reflections. Rule of thirds is evident and it works as a composition in B&W. SOme may say it is too "busy" but it appeals to me for its calmness of content. |
