Strength and Beautyby jaxedComment: In this instance, I don't care for the negative space on the right side. Rather than working to focus attention on the subject, it just feels like it's "there". That one criticism aside, I think it's an awesome image. One I'm sure the family will cherish.

Anneliseby 777STANComment: It looks like the pink was painted onto the photo rather than being a "revealed color" from the original. While that's cool... I just think the sharp edges on the lips is distracting because the edges of the color don't seem to match the shape of the lips. |

If not ... it's meant as a complement. Beautiful girl, beautiful colors. Love the crop, the pose, the eyes. Kinda wish I could see the pupil of her right eye just a little bit more, but hey... awesome image! |

"Short-Winged" Angel (eyes study)by ApeeComment: Playing with shallow DOF is fun ... and difficult. The eyebrows look sharper than the eyes. Looks like a spot on the tip of her nose as well that could have been cloned or smoothed. Other than that, I do think she has gorgeous eyes and hope we'll see more of her in the future. |
