OK, I recognize her, and I must say, this is a much nicer pose for her facial shape. Gorgeous eyes - wow!
Cropping a little tighter off the top certainly wouldn't have hurt this.
Now all we need is a smile!

Portrayal of a Soul

Gorgeous shot. I know this is cliché, but her eyes do lead one to her soul.
There is a remarkable gentleness here that is so often overlooked in portraits.
She comes across as genuine, caring and holds one's attention due to the comfort level and ease.

I also see a very strong resemblance to Holly Marie Combs here.
Is she a professional model? If not, she should be. If so, lucky you to photograph her.

Truly a fine portrait and bravo for how you represented her here.

I know.

I'm not a fan of it either, but this isn't the place for "that" issue again.

Gotta' love the detail in this.
The yellow is just calling out for a deeper tone.
Better yet, just ignore me - I'm just odd.

But if you didn't want to ignore, re-open the edit, rough selection of the yellow petals, selective colors, yellow, adding 30% yellow and 10-15% black, then erasing back the green surrounding areas you didn't want changed with the history tool, then go back into selective adjustments, drop down to the blacks, and add 8-10% black (bottom slider) to add some overall richness & depth. Subtle changes.

- to ->
(Open each in a new window and switch between
them in the task bar to see the changes easily)

This is the great thing about this 30-day challenge - we get to see things not normally seen.
This is one I have never seen and will have to keep my eyes open at the nursery.

Very, Very nice.
This is the kind of shot greeting cards are made from.
Add some mushy Valentine sentiments and Hallmark move over!
