Great shot, great hair, good facial capture, great subject, great smoke, good lighting. I'm going to give you a 9. And I think if you were to crop the bottom ledge out and experiment with saturation so as to desaturate the red cap in the center then you'd have a shot at a 10.

over exposed but done in a good way so as to maintain focus on the main subjjects...
