A very nice waiting idea. Great effect to show it's almost 10 pm. For me, the blue lighting effect does not work when the lighting is candle light.

You have a wonderful image, great colors - great silhouette. But I think the person you were shoooting with did a better job for "waiting" with the fishing angle ("Fisherman's Patience.") Both images are great, but if I had to pick one over the other.... I don't know which has the horizontalk flip - but like the larger black area on the left side. This one (and the other one) is one of my top picks.

So simple yet so effective. Your gradation from black close to the model's head to ligher blue of the left edge is an absolute masterpiece of execution. The lighting on your (beautiful) model's face is exceptional. And she really does have the expression of "waiting for inspiration." Composition - perfect for text on the left side - and also visually appealing. Q. What don't I like? A. It's not mine.

Wonderful scene. Shadow is perfect - it makes the shot. Even though the sun is close to the horizon - the sky is a bit over powering. Try a graduated ND filter - it's made for scenes like this. One of my top 10 pics.

Hey - I was thinking of the same idea - but went with a different one. I love the way you've used the toaster's light to illuminate your model. It's very pleasant and the toaster is not over-exposed.

The iInspiritional lighting makes this a natural for a poster. Good composition with your leading lines from both sides taking the viewer ringht to the light rays. If it were mine, I'd probably try to tone down the brightest areas - and would certainly remove the power lines upper right. (Too bad this was a basic editing challenge.) Overall - a very nice submission that should finish high.
