	A Brighter Day Coming by LENWOODBLUZ Comment: Great idea and execution. Composition is very effective, My biggest problem with your submission is the overpowering border, It (the border) has the richest blacks and whitest whites - so it really draws attention. Without any border - the viewer would be drawn more to the oovely rainbow.
