Without Youby L2Comment: Good composition and lighting...however, the light on the nose seems to make her nose appear larger than it is on the tip (and just above the tip) and a bit disproportionate to her other features. |

Slenderby Trumpeteer4Comment: Nice study in shape and line...I'd suggest a crop of the top and even out the background on the right corner. This would be a great print. :) |

Shipwreckedby xtineComment: Great find...vast scene, listing boat, blank sea behind. Very emotive. |

Himba Boy by gsalComment: Wow... incredible image. Very powerful. Sharpness, color, and composition are spot-on. Good luck in the challenge, but I suspect I'll see this again on the front page next week. ;) |

Sad Pelicanby MacDonaldComment: Sharpness is good on the feathers but the eyes/face need a bit more. The image seems to lack contrast and could use a bit of a boost in saturation, IMHO. Good composition; I'd crop a bit from the top. Nice find. :) |

Diagonal Linesby pinbokeshattaComment: The brightness of the white line and the white corner seem to detract from the overall image. Nice composition and clarity. |

Weatheredby BudComment: Nice find! I love the rough texture of the wood and the sand. I'd suggest some contrast and saturation boosts, as well as perhaps taking the shot from a kneeling position and from a bit farther back, so as to capture the whole mast. |

October Sundayby JPetraliaXComment: Beautiful fall scene...the water appears to be very silky but also appears to have a bit too much of a blue hue. It appears that the sun is either directly in front of you or to the left in front of you...wonder how the scene would look if the light were coming from behind you? Nicely seen and captured. |

The Drive Homeby BHusemanComment: Interesting experiment...the light trails are fun to view. The image itself needs a boost in contrast and some of the yellows backed down a bit to add punch. |
