Red spotlightby tyrkinnComment: Red spotlights are great candidates for BW photos =) being a musical buff, the blue lights are great, though the red is very distracting and horrible. This would score higher as black and white. 5 |

that voodoo you doby clictacameraComment: another center positioned photo. Would this have been used with the rule of thirds, I think it would have been better. The cables on the wall are distracting, and I think if you zoomed in on the skull itself, it would have a much stronger impact. You have good exposure here, looks as if a wide angle was used here with a large aperture, the focus seems to drop off. |

Dark around the Houseby inspir8tionComment: I believe this was a flash shot, and how I see the "darkness" Im just not really feeling this photo. the rule of thirds wouldnt be able to help this photo, and having it smack in the center doesnt do anything either. I think teh subject standing alone doesnt have much an impact. |

Fallen Heroby thomaspeopleComment: Not sure I see darkness in a FDNY hero...
Your highlights are blown out. There are ways to make things dark and still have the highlights =) |

The stairs to the pathoanatomyby SpirievComment: you have that this is stairs, but I see no stairs in the photo. That's very misleading. The photograph is missing something, perhaps a zombie climbing the invisible stairs. |

A Light at the Endby JPRComment: the fact that the man is sweating (or appears to be) totally makes this photo, and I think if anything the gas container and guitar are a distraction. 7 for creativity |
