Grandfather Clockby fisheyeComment: I like the motion blur in this one. I wish the image were a bit brighter, though. Definitely meets the challenge and has good composition, but for the darkness I have to give it a 7 |

Crackedby lyngtunComment: It always strikes me how much a walnut looks like brains. Nice picture. I wonder how many walnuts you had to crack before you found one that would stay whole (: |

Mechanical Corkscrewby marboComment: wow. the color in this is just amazing. i wish the end of the screw were farther from the edges of the image, though... if the FP were better placed I'd give this a higher score. (8) |

Computer's grandfatherby yomanComment: I see why you picked this as your subject. I think that you could have made a more compelling image out of a closeup that perhaps includes the brand name Underwood, some of the keys below, and some of the dies all lined up above. |

Past Usefulnessby brooklynComment: By the fact that it's the only element in the picture that's in color, I take it that you meant the rusty hinge to be the focal point of the composition. If so, it's generally better to have the FP farther from the border of the image, lest too much of the image become dead space distracting from the focus. |

A perfect moment with your car..by Dabbi_AuliComment: Rotate the spedometer 180 or 200 degrees, and then you'll have a killer photograph :)
The mileage (kilometerage?) indicator is a nice subtlety of this picture. |

Old Fashion Cameraby KarateKidComment: I think the soft focus works really well for this image. It enhances the rustic feeling. Unfortunately, voters on this site almost exclusively prefer crisp focus, so I doubt this will be getting as high a score as it should. |
