Moonlight by AmmieComment: Moody and romantic, yet not at all saccharine. It feels like an intimate invitation. Heady stuff. |

Just Becauseby grahamgatorComment: Very suggestive and magical, as if Mother Nature has more secrets than we'll ever know. Terrific fade in color and condition. |

Cross Eyeby posthumousComment: Fine three dimensional texturing with that beautifully emerging face. Very creative and artful. The mood is disturbing, but that's completely okay. Elegant and impressive. |

Day Trip by jomariComment: I have no idea what this is (okay, there are some faces in there), but it sure engages the eye with its phantasmagoria of swirling and distorted mosaic tile-like pieces. Reminds me a bit of "Guernica." Stellar effort. |

on a low noteby tateComment: Campy and surrealistic with an interesting choice of colors, this image is creative and fun. |

crazy times by cutoutComment: I like the contrast between the somewhat somber colors and the joie de vivre of the figures. The background tilt adds to the jauntiness and the third, smaller figure before her own urban background adds additional interest and dimension. This is done by a steady, confident and highly competent hand, masterfully put together. |

noonishby PennyStreetComment: Wonderful tangle of shadows, outdoor furniture and reflections. Works well in black and white. |

cobblestone compositeby tvsometimeComment: Compelling colors in this patch of graffiti. I like it, and it feels like a Klee or Miro. Perhaps this was created by the photographer, and then, great; on the other hand, if it's an image of someone else's art, it's less true to the spirit of the challenge. |

Oriworkby NeatComment: Like an architect's dream arising from his draft, putting on solidity in a synthesis of grays in a living grid. An enjoyable feeling of inception and birth. Beautifully integrated. And it looks good, too. |

Impasseby MeMex2Comment: Wonderful recession of planes and vistas, transfixing for the viewer as perhaps for the shadowed figure to the left as well. The excellent title takes the stop sign as a second terminus. The tension is palpable, yet the world does go on beyond the sign, offering more. Fine image. |
