Wonderfully affirming, this bright moment, all freshness and abundance. The light is joyous and these lovely kangaroos look at us from the dawn of the planet. In these difficult days this image makes you want to kick off your shoes and open your arms to the sky.
Personal co-favorite of the challenge.

Beautiful amity between these birds, bush and background. It's all so cottony and cheerfully meditative that it elicits a serene mood that drifts into dream.

Understated, graceful, fine composition and perfectly punctuated by this complementary ladybug. Cheerful and serene, what a way to greet the day every day.

Very artful, ghostly and dramatic. Breathtaking, even. Once I go beyond how very much I like this image, it gets a bit confusing. One might suppose that this is a moonlight effect, or is it helped along by additional lighting? Is it important? Not a botanist, but it does look like Queen Anne's lace, which I don't believe is cultivated in traditional gardens, along with additional grasses. So am I angling for strict correspondance of title and image, and once again, is it important? Am I wrong about all my suppositions? Well, it's at an impasse by now.
Another thing I like about this image is that it's personal and particular, in keeping with the "at least by me" aspect of the challenge.
At the end of the road, this is my personal favorite of the challenge.

Just glanced at several of the images from the first few pages of this challenge, and your 130th out of 132 place is outlandish. This stacks up quite well with those mostly unimaginative, yet well done, efforts. It has a charming, sweet daintiness that pleases the heart.

Just one comment on this fascinating inner landscape, so I'm drawn out, still dreaming, of my cave. The bridge rises, let's us peer at the workings behind the stolid visage. Beyond the philosophical complexity is the artistry of the image, all the delicate intersections. His eyeglasses alone are a marvel, functioning as windows and riverfront, or oceanfront, as the earpiece angles, then melts, into the city. His left lens is subtly unbounded. How beautifully his cheek merges with the water. The vegetation above his right ear acts as a vignette, herding us within. Etc. And the muted palette is quite satisfying, as is the overall texturing. A tour de force.
One of my top three, with an 8. My miserly mood was a disservice, sorry, and I'd like to asterisk this as a 10, and at least welcome it among my favorites.

Lovely, subtle and imaginative. While many of us were looking at tree trunks and clouds, myself included, you found this sublime visual poem far afield from the crowd.
That these birds are wrought from imperfection is a further kiss from the gods of creativity. The background, serene, painterly and apt, another benediction. A finely tuned eye at play.
Personal favorite of the challenge.
