This is quite nice. Maybe I'd like it if the boat weren't dead centered, but the white of it against the gray sand and the black of the piers is a nice contrast. I like the birds perched atop some of them. The mast mimics the linear quality of the pier beams and the chain is perfectly parallel to the line of the boat. Overall: Nice one!!

I find the pictures on the wall a bit distracting. This might have better visual impact if it were just the chair against the wall all by itself, off to one side. I like the simplicity of the idea and the contrast of the black and white.

Wow, how'd you do that with basic editing?? Very cool. His red shirt is a nice splash of color. That might be a fun one for black and white with a single color sat of the red.
