That's gross! (Other then the dead fish) pretty good shot. Nice compositon. Pretty sky in the back.

I love the sky. Maybe crop out some of the dirt in the foreground as it doesn't really add anything to the shot. I'd shoot it from an angle so the pole isn't dead center. Or zoom in and just concentrate on part of it to show off the details.

The midday light steals so much color and detail from what is otherwise an interesting shot.
