*Critique Club*

I know that I am suppose to give you a critique of your photo, but I really don't know what to say. I think that it is wonderful. The colors are amazing and those clouds!! WOW! What an amazing picture. I guess if I had to think of something, since the theme was wooden, I would have focused more on the shed and less on the scenery. But it would be a shame to crop it out. I think that you did a great job. Congrats on the TOP 20 and the 2 favs. You should be proud.

That's some setting--a little bit of everything (beach, meadow, mountain)! In a way, it almost overpowers the "wooden" aspect a bit, but looks great overall.

Great shot but I'm definitely drawn to the mountain rather than the hut...Ithink this is partly a lighting problem and also the rather false looking roof colour (it may have been this colour but reds have a tendency to dominate any shot).

I really like the colours in this shot, the orange rust contrasts nicely with the blue and green. The composition also seems well thought out.

This is a really nice image. I like the colors in the sky, grasses, lake, and the rusted tin roof. The only problem, is all of these great elements overpower the wooden side of the house.

Nice scene. I feel you might have gotten a better effect if you had either taken a longer zoom (thus making the mountains in the background look bigger) or a shorter zoom (showing the size of the landscape). This seems like an intermediate focal length that does neither.

Wow, fantastic scenery. I wouldn't say wood is a very important component of this shot, though. :-(

Wow. Now here is one of those really incredible landscape shots, with a reminder of humanity thrown in. Great photo!

Nice composition. I find the colors very appealing. I like the rusty roof against the green and blue of the natural land/seascape. I wish the front of the house weren't in shadow, but perhaps that gives it more appeal. Nice.

Very nice picture, would have been nicer if the light was shining on the wood, instead of in shadow.

Seems the light is a bit too harsh - otherwise very nice!

I think the only thing wrong here is possibly the time of day. It is a bit bright. It also might be improved to move the shot up a bit to include a bit less grass and more sky. The shoreline is cutting the frame in half which is almost never a good thing. It has potential, interest, and great rich color. Just needs some fine tuning.
