I didn't comment on this during the challenge because, although it was so provoking, I wasn't sure if it "met" the challenge and I am not one to nitpick about that, so I just lay low and waited til after it was over. I love the almost out of this world sense that it has. The red leaves are so striking against her skin tones. It really is a beautiful picture. Whether or not it fits in the proverbial "box," is neither here nor there. It is a wonderful image, and certainly worthy of being seen by the masses.It showed vivid imagination and style. I see it on the cover of something. It would make a great billboard that takes up the entire side of a sky scraper. Heh, it's the first day of fall - how fitting!

Emotive expression. The detailing is great. I like the hair by the ears. The DOF is well done too. The clarity of the eyes shows the kindness and closeness to humans!

You and I like that same sort of psychadelic stuff. I had seen this the other night and I was so tired, that I didn't want to leave a comment that wasn't worthy of th shot. I love the variations of the vibrant tones. Sometimes, filtration is just plain fun. With all of the texture of cabbages, it's a perfect subject matter.

Go to my portfolio and look at the one entered under textures( Heads are Gonna Roll). HEE HEE - I love cabbages.

You have quite the eye for outdoor shots. The natural framing of this could not be more perfect. It is a stunning view and the enclosure of it by the boughs of the trees just makes it that more interesting.

Very pretty and soothing. I never tire of seeing a beautiful moon shot. This has special appeal as it involves water, rich hues and a wonderful reflective aspect to it.

I like the one little light off in the distance to the left. It just adds a bit of a sparkle to the lovely deep blue.

I can't believe I've never seen this. It is truly captivating. You think you are in another world! It has a sense of whimsy and the title is perfect for this fairy like setting. I feel like little gnomes and nymphs are hiding behind the trees. The depth of color is just beautiful. Great perspective too!! Awesome, man.
