Hallgrimskirkja 2by gsalComment: This has the greatest graphic lines. I really like it. Stunning with the bright blue sky up agove. The light and shadow work so wee with the intricacies of the building! Architecture like this isn't something we see here in the states. |

INSPIRATIONby notbiscuitComment: Ok, this may win. If it weren't for the distorted red background (maybe it is my monitor) this would be a perfect one for me. WIll Wegman's books are so wonderful and "Fido" is certainly getting a kick out of it. Great idea. I'm laughing. |

Halloweenby moodvilleComment: VERY CUTE!! I love guinea pigs. This is clever and you really have to search out the shot which I like. Hope you gave him a nice treat. The lighting is great. I like all of the BOO's behind him as a blurred backdrop. The pumpkin prop is a fun idea. |

Anniversaryby rwouthuisComment: Perfect for the title. I like that you chose to use black and white. That little sparkle from the ring draws your eye to the perfect place - to realize it's a wedding ring, thus the anniversary category. Nicely done. |

Into the Sunby LeeDComment: Greetings from the Critique Club!!
I think this has definite potential! The orangey red tones of the track leading into the orangey pink sky give a sense of continuity. The perspective is good and the leading line sense of it does exactly what the title denotes. I wish that the clarity was a bit sharper, which is hard to attain with limited lighting. Maybe the use of the unsharp mask could help do this. The misty background is an appealing aspect to the shot and lends itself to an ethereal feel to it. The white touch of cloud in the sky at the top of the shot in the background is a nice added touch. There isn't alot of contrast but that is to be expected with the time of day and the look I think you were going for. Overall a nice image that might use a touch of tweaking here and there to really make it a prize winner.. Take care, Judy |

Reykjavik Iby gsalComment: I like the squiggle of the tv antennae against the otherwise straight lines of the shot. The diagonal of the roof of the buildings helps draw your eye to other parts of the image. Great vibrant colors too!! |
