Interesting scene. I like the folks in the background (though the stray arm is distracting) and the implication that they might be purposefully ignored by the officer. At first I wasn't sure about the composition or crop, but the longer I look at it the more I appreciate it. 8

Absolutely gorgeous. I'd easily give this 10 if the slight skewing of the center line didn't bother me so much. I want it not to, and I can see that you are indeed over the center of some type of rail, but that initial gab is more distracting than anything else. So it's a 9 instead. Folks up north have such an unfair advantage in these challenges. ;)
