Hello from the Critique Club.

It really took me a minute to try and figure out what is going on in your photo. It appears to be out of focus and this composition doesn't really tell me a story about what's going on. I see flames, and I see people there - but that's it.

My opinion is that you need to focus more on what will convey the message your photo intends to convey. Ask yourself what a viewer (who was not present when you took the photo) would see in your image. Is there a definable subject? Is there a story or an appealing combination of color, lines, or light? Then ask yourself about the technical aspects. This one is out of focus and rather dark.

It is difficult to critique a photo that I feel needs a lot of work, so I do hope you find my ideas helpful.

Definitely creepy! The editing really suits the subject here. My only critique would be to clone out or greatly desat the two red lines of whatever that is just right of bottom center.

I like the action in the shot, but I agree that it would probably be improved with a little larger crop, depending on what you cropped out of the shot of course.

What really makes this a nice photo for me is the golden tones and light. It really has a nice warm, "beach" feel to it because of that golden light.

Very nice shot! The shirt is almost too bright IMO...hurts my eyes to look at it. The clarity, lighting and exposure are wonderful and the pose seems to work well with your subject. I like this one alot.

This is a really nice "people" shot. I love the contrasty sort of finish and how it brings out the bluejeans. He just looks like he really belongs in that setting. Not formal, but better than a snapshot. Nicely done!

This is the way a child should look! Bright natural smile and eyes...no plastic looking skin or makeup. Really hard to look at this shot and not smile with her :) I really like this shot.

Technically, I might also consider (as suggested in another comment) darkening the hand area to more or less black it out. Just a little distracting. You have a beautiful daughter.
