 I some how managed to snag a job working as a photographer for a local newspaper. So one feature is we make a question once a week to ask a student, then publish their answer with their picture into the newspaper. It's my job to go around and interview students then take their picture, something that's completely out of my comfort zone and I absolutely love it! Anyways, this is this weeks student.

The question was- What is the craziest, most interesting or different thing you did this summer? He's answer was "On June 19 I got to open for Ugly's with country and classic rock music. And though it hasn't happened yet, I'll get to open for Doug Moreland on September 9th." Really nice guy.. I'm gonna go watch him play!

no way! i do the exact thing for my school newspaper! it's funny, i always ask the question and then at the last minute i mention..."oh yea and i have to take your picture" ... i usually have to talk em into it!! anyways.... nice shot :-D

This is a really nice "people" shot. I love the contrasty sort of finish and how it brings out the bluejeans. He just looks like he really belongs in that setting. Not formal, but better than a snapshot. Nicely done!
