On the Crest of Sand Dunesby khkaiComment: Lovely patterns in the sand and not a footprint in sight! Good one. The monochromatic color fits this image well. Nice. |

The Treesby mariomelComment: It may be that you ran into some tree branches in the wrong place, or that you are the victim of a little vignetting at the top. Not enough to notice, really, and the trees stand out well from the blue background. Still easily a 7 |

School's Outby drgsoellComment: Nice desert scene and well executed in black and whiite. If it was mine, I'd probably try for a bit more foreground, but I also like your treatment. Good luck! |

After the stormby xsnrgComment: My goodness. This look unendurably cold. Excellent subject which you have executed well. The gull really helps the composition. |

Rby MikeOComment: Oh, these guys are so hard to get well and you did it. Patience, I guess. Maybe you tried a tighter crop and decided on this one... Anyhow, a very nice job and I"m glad you put it in the March study so we could all see it. I'm not too fond of that border, but titles and borders don't count in my scoring. |

Seaside Sanctuaryby JenniferFComment: Good clean composition with interesting architectural shapes. I like this one a lot. Makes me think of a Greek island... |

Cute Little Pussy Catby browntComment: Good definition in the fur and quite good blurring of the background so we can focus on the face. Wish you could have gotten a catchlight in the eye, but still, a very nice image. |

Translucenceby GraciousComment: Well, you have bird photography down pat. Hope you have a long lens or fast fingers. This guy wouldn't mind having them for a snack. Of course it is a beautiful job. Good luck. |
